Have you ever walked into the gym and not known what to do?

Do you HATE lifting weights and just want to go run/ride/ski instead, but know that strength training would be good for you?


This program will provide you with a strength workout you can complete at home or in the gym in under 30 min. You will get a new workout 3 days/week with modifications to allow you to challenge yourself appropriately and lighter options for periods of recovery including peak race season and injury recovery.


You will have access to a growing library of yoga and stretching routines, and videos explaining each exercise and modifications.


The programming is designed to be an ADDITION to your usual running/riding/skiing training and will make you stronger and more resistant to overuse injuries in these sports.


Why add strength training?

Strength training has been shown to improve athletic performance and reduce risk of injury. Repetitive motion sports like running and cycling can result in over use injuries. Focused strengthening and balancing of muscle groups can reduce the risk of developing this type of injury.

BUT I like to exercise OUTSIDE…..

Yes, me too!! Although most of the workouts will require weights and being indoors to complete them- the benefits of adding weights to your routine will be noticeable within the first few months of training. The time commitment of 30 mins, 3x/week is manageable and well worth the investement. The workouts are designed to complement the training you are already doing- making you stronger and more resilient when you do get outside!
